CipherScope

Public legal notice

Terms

These terms apply to the public CipherScope service. The service is offered as a simple, anonymous utility for checking visible public-domain cryptographic exposure and post-quantum readiness.

Acceptable use

Use the service only to assess public assets you are authorized to review.

Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance, harmful reconnaissance, or any activity that targets systems or people without permission.

Prohibited use

Prohibited activity includes abuse of the service, automated misuse, rate-limit evasion, attempts to disrupt the service, and using results to facilitate phishing, malware, credential theft, or other unlawful conduct.

HybridCipher may block or remove traffic that appears abusive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the intended public-beta use of the service.

Service behavior

The service is provided as an anonymous public tool with no user accounts, no guaranteed history, and no promise that a generated report will remain available for any minimum period.

Reports may expire, be removed, or be regenerated as the service evolves.

Availability and warranty

The service may be changed, paused, temporarily limited, or removed at any time, with or without notice.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranty that scans, reports, or access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Enforcement and liability

HybridCipher may limit, suspend, or block access when needed to protect the service or respond to abuse, security, or legal issues.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, HybridCipher disclaims indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages, and limits liability arising from use of the service.
